Shipping Schedule

Shipping occurs the middle of each month at the latest for subscribers. If you are a new subscriber, please check the Box Subscription page to see which months box you will be subscribing to, as you may be past that month's cut off date. After the initial shipment for subscribers, additional boxes may be available for shipment, you have until the 16th of that month to purchase the current box, while they are still available. After the 17th you will be purchasing or subscribing to the following month.

Monthly subscribers will be billed on the 17th of each month. You can cancel or skip your subscription at any time before that month is billed for. Once you have been billed for the upcoming month, you can no longer cancel that month, only future boxes.

Orders are shipped Tuesday through Thursday each week, this is when our courier picks up. All orders are packed and shipped in the order that they are received, so depending on where we are in our shipping cycle, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Of course we will work hard to get them out as quickly as possible.
