Terms & Conditions

  • Billing for Hag Swag Subscription Box will occur on the 17th of each month. Packages will be aimed to ship the middle of the subsequent month. Following your first month’s subscription, your credit card will automatically be billed for each subsequent month on the 17th. By subscribing to the Hag Swag Box, you agree to authorize Hag Swag, a subsidiary of Stardust Studios, to automatically bill and receive payments from your credit card on a monthly basis.
  • Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled or skipped anytime prior to the next billing date by managing your subscription profile once logged in. 
  • Hag Swag does not offer boxes or subscriptions outside of this website and cratejoy. Box resale is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age or older to subscribe to Hag Swag. By creating an account and subscribing to the service you warrant that you are capable of entering a binding contract and that you are at least 16 years of age.
  • Hag Swag ships within Canada and US and all prices are in CDN dollars. Flat rate shipping and applicable federal and provincial taxes will be added onto the box total each month. Flat rate shipping is as follows: $10 within Canada, and $19 US, we are currently not offering international shipping. Please note that these flat rate prices apply only to the monthly subscription box. The Hag Shop will have separate shipping rates.
  • Boxes can be purchased in 3 months, 6 months and 1 year in advance in addition to monthly and one time only. If purchased in this matter, payment in full for all months is required at time of purchase. Once a box has been paid for, we are not able to cancel or refund your order. If you forgot to cancel it/thought you cancelled it, you will have to cancel it for future months, we are not able to refund for this.   • Please ensure your payment method is up to date for your subscription. If for any reason your payment method is not able to be processed, the payment will be tried again two more times (the next day, and the day after). We are not able to reserve boxes in the case of non-payment. If the third payment fails, the subscription is automatically cancelled. In the case of a box sellout before we retry your payment method, we will not have the stock for you to get a box, your subscription will resume the following month.
  • Delayed and damaged packages are a possibility and will be covered up to a maximum of $100 through Canada Post. If you require additional insurance, signature upon delivery or next day delivery on your package it can be purchased at an additional price. Please email admin@hagswag.ca to arrange for upgraded shipping within 5 business days of your next billing cycle.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your address is accurate and up to date. If there are any changes to your address, it is your responsibility to update your address before your billing cycle or purchase. You can do this through your login. In the case of wrong address provided or returned mail, the buyer is responsible for the full costs of the return shipment.   • It is also your responsibility to manage your subscription, please take note of when your subscription term ends. We are not responsible for customers ordering multiple boxes due to an overlap in subscription length. If you need help managing your subscription or need help finding where to see how many boxes you have left, please email us at help@hagswag.ca 
  • All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received as part of the subscription box or otherwise. All products in the box are sold “as is” but we ensure that they will be at the quality for intended use. Once a box has been paid for, it is yours! If a box has broken or missing items, please email help@hagswag.ca
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your personalized login. Do not share your personal login which includes your username and password. If you believe your login has been compromised, it is your responsibility to contact help@hagswag.ca as soon as possible.
  • The monthly cost of Hag Swag's Box can be changed at any time. Any price changes will require a written notice from Stardust Studios or Hag Swag at least 28 days in advance.
  • Stardust Studios and Hag Swag has the right to modify and revise these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason and without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue your subscription at any time for any reason. If a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year subscription is cancelled by us, it is our responsibility to issue a refund for all months remaining in your subscription.
